HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Expected delivery times.

Orders are immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where your items are shipped within 2-5 business days.

Please allow 14-28 days for your order to arrive but it will be worth it, (orders outside the US may take up to 45 days). (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries). We work with worldwide artists and manufacturers, which accounts for occasional long shipments.

Please note: Due to the high demand of select items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  An order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided and once your item is shipped, a separate shipping confirmation email is sent to you with link to your order with the tracking number which can be used to track your order. You can track your order status page or email our customer support at support@jellybeantoes.com

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Sometimes the confirmation email can end up in your SPAM folder, check if your confirmation email was sent there.

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?
Sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.
Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! If you have any concerns, please email our customer support at support@jellybeantoes.com
